After checking out you'll see the exact shipment cost calculated according to your future parcel weight.
We ship by Colissimo (www.colissimo.fr). Once the order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number of your parcel.
Please, note that delivery terms may vary significantly from country to country.
ProProvence will not be held responsible for late deliveries.

Orders from the countries not mentioned in the list of destinations have to be sent to our customer service by email - info@proprovence.fr
We will send out exact shipment costs in return. In case of acceptance, both orders and the shipping costs will have to be prepaid via ordinary bank transfer or paypal.
Please note that you will be responsible for any local customs taxes that may apply to international parcels.
All orders for which we have available stock will usually be dispatched to you within two-three working days anywhere after the payment has been received onto our account.
We will contact you if stock is not available at the time of the order; please provide relevant contact details.
Should you require speedy delivery, we will can dispatch the items UPS or DHL.

Re-dispatch of any returned orders will incur an additional delivery charge.

Returns Policy
We are committed to providing quality products that meet your requirements. However, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order in which to return any item to us. They must be in their original condition; for reason of hygiene, we cannot offer any refund on any opened product. Once we have received your returned merchandise, we will refund your money in full, except the cost of delivery, using the same method by which you paid for them.
We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods that you return. We recommend that returns are sent by a "recorded signed for delivery" and that you obtain and retain a proof of posting as we cannot issue a refund until goods have been received by us.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged goods. Return postage for goods returned for any other reason shall be solely at your own cost.
In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item, please contact info@proprovence.fr within two days of receipt. We will advise on replacement or refund.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of return.
